Why is Professional priced at £12.21/month?
We chose this price to reflect the value of your time. £12.21 is roughly equal to one hour at minimum wage. If FindABake saves you just one hour a month — whether that’s in pricing, admin, invoicing or chasing payments — then it’s already paid for itself.
Can I switch between Starter and Professional later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Starter to Professional at any time, or downgrade if needed. Your tools and listing stay in place — no disruption, no fuss.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No contracts. You can cancel at any time. If you’re on a monthly plan, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — so you’ll still have access to your tools until your month ends.
Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes — completely. No hidden fees, no payment required. You’ll get your own public profile, photo gallery, reviews, and appear in local searches — all without paying a penny
What happens after the £120/year launch offer ends?
The launch price is only available until 1st July. After that, Professional moves to £14.99/month (or £179.88/year). If you subscribe before the deadline, you lock in the £120 price for the full 12 months.
Do I need a website to use FindABake?
Nope! Your FindABake profile acts like a mini website — complete with photos, business details, pricing info, enquiry form, availability calendar, and even a store (if you’re on Professional).
How do payments work?
You can accept card payments, bank transfers, or cash through your FindABake store and invoices. We use Stripe, a secure and widely trusted payment provider. You control how you want to get paid.
Can I send invoices with payment links?
Yes — Professional members can generate branded PDF invoices and attach card payment links, making it quick and easy for customers to pay their deposit or full balance.
