Quick & Easy Valentine’s Chocolate Bark Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200g White Chocolate

  • 50g Pink Chocolate (can colour own)

  • 20g Marshmallows

  • 100g Jamie Dodgers

  • 50g Party Rings (pink)

  • Any Pink/Red Sprinkles

  • What You Need
  • Baking Tray, Microwaveable Bowl, Spoon/Knife,

Directions

  • Line the bottom of a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Preheat oven on 160c/Gas 3.
  • Place your 200g of white chocolate onto the lined tray and place in the oven for 4-6 minutes until the chocolate has started to melt!
  • While your chocolate is melting, prepare your pink chocolate by melting white chocolate in a microwaveable bowl and stirring in pink food colouring!
  • Prepare your topping, such as crushing some biscuits, chopped biscuits and getting all the sweets you want to add to your chocolate bark!
  • Once your white chocolate has melted, remove it from the oven and swirl in your pink chocolate using a spoon or knife.
  • Add your chosen topping in any design you prefer. Chocolate barks are very versatile.
  • Once decorated, set in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until it has fully set.
  • Snap your bark any enjoy!
