There is no cost or charge to search our bakers, message our bakers or post an advert. It’s completely free!
If you have tried to post an advert and after multiple attempts this isn’t working, please contact us to let us know and we will investigate.
We are a start-up business and are in the early stages of raising awareness and onboarding as many bakers as we can. Unfortunately, it will take some time before we have bakers onboarded in every region. If there are no bakers available to respond to your advert, we can only apologies and hope that we will have bakers available in the future.
That’s great! If you’re chosen baker has a store, they may ask you to make a payment via their store product. If not, you will need to discuss with your Baker to make arrangements regarding how to transfer any funds/deposits.

Baker If you own a bakery or are a home based baker
There is currently no cost to set-up a profile or store, feel free to take advantage of the features and tools. We’re a start-up business and want to test the platform, gain feedback and provide bakers with the opportunity to explore the platform first. In the future we will release further details with regards to costs.

When a customer places an order, Stripe will process the payment and transfer funds directly to your connected Stripe account. Payouts are handled by Stripe and processing times may vary.
FindABake has no involvement with any payments.
As a vendor, you are responsible for issuing refunds. You can process refunds directly through your Stripe dashboard.

Yes. Stripe charges standard payment processing fees.
Any processing fees incurred by FindABake, are passed on to store/vendor. As a result, you may be charged additional fees. FindABake does not take any commission from any store/vendor sale.

If a customer disputes a charge, Stripe will notify you via email. You will have a chance to respond with proof (e.g., order confirmation, delivery proof). If the dispute is resolved in your favor, you will keep the funds. If not, Stripe may issue a chargeback.

Yes. If an order has not been fulfilled, you can cancel and refund it via your Stripe dashboard.
