My name is Helen Arundell and I am the creator of Helen's Cakes, which is based in Winchester. From bringing up my family, I have had a lot of experience in cake making with many birthday cakes being made over the past 25 years!
I have a background and qualifications in catering and have also obtained a food safety certificate and food hygiene rating of 5 from Winchester City Council. I am also fully insured.
